If your password was reset by the IT staff and you are receiving messages as shown below:
You will need to reset your keychain. To do so, you will want to log in to your personal lab login and click on the desktop to ensure that Finder is the active program. Once there, click on the Go menu
At this point, you will want to drag the file login.keychain to the trash.
Empty the trash, log out, and log back in. This will resolve the messages that you have been receiving. If prompted at login, you will want to select the following option:
