Change your Google Apps (MCA Gmail) Password

To change your MCA Gmail password, you’ll need to login to your Google Apps account via a web browser (click link to open in a new window).

Once you’re logged in, click on Email to enter your Inbox, then click on the arrow to the right of your email address at the top right of the page in the grey header bar. When the “Accounts” pane expands, press on Account under your email address in the expanded pane.

Now, you’ll need to press Security in the menu on the left hand side of the window to access your account security settings (where you change your password).

Press Change Password on the next page.

Here, you’ll enter your old password, then the new password twice, press Change Password and your password has now been changed.

**Reminder, if you use a mail client (Mail.app, Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.) you’ll need to put the new password into that application when prompted. If available, check the “remember my password” checkbox (if asked) and you’ll no longer have to enter the password when opening your Mail application.
