The Konica Minolta C364 “Fiery” Color Laser Printer in Mac Lab 1 has a duplex system that will allow you to print double-sided prints easily. Follow these instructions to print double-sided prints.
To print double-sided automatically, ensure that you have selected the KM-C364-Fiery @ smithsonian printer selected and then display the entire print dialogue box by clicking on the down arrow to the right of the Printer Selection drop-down menu.
Now that you have the printer selected and the print dialogue box expanded, choose Fiery Features from the feature set drop-down menu. To make your document print on both sides, you’ll need to adjust the Duplex settings under Fiery Features.
Turn on duplexing for your document based on where your binding is (top, right & left) from the Duplex: drop-down menu, press Print and your document will be printed double-sided.
Both 8.5″ x 11″ and 11″ x 17″ paper can be printed duplexed. (Printing duplexed counts as two prints of the chosen paper size and automatically reduces your PaperCut print card balance appropriately.)
